- Free plan: individuals only. Private plan: individuals only. Companies choose SME or Enterprise.
- Enterprise and Enterprise Plus include Puspakom, Permit, Vocational licence, and Driver Card tracking.
- Mobile app access is included on every plan. Use the camera to capture a vehicle grant. Android includes lock-screen push reminders. iOS with push reminders is coming soon.
- Enterprise Plus is sales-assisted: vehicle limit, plan price, and plugin add-on price are customized per contract.
- Plugin add-ons are optional and tenant-wide (every vehicle). Subscribe from Plugin Services after the plan is active.
- Vehicle maintenance is not offered on Free. Annual plugin price is 12 × monthly (no extra discount). First subscribe is prorated; charges under RM 5 are complimentary. No refund.
- Document storage is not offered on Free and is coming soon on paid plans.
- Private plan: bank reference uses the last 6 letters or digits from your NRIC / ID (example: NRIC 900101015432 → DCP 015432).
- Company bank reference uses the last 6 letters or digits from your SSM number.
- Annual prepaid option (~1 month free): Private RM 88/year, SME RM 528/year, Enterprise RM 858/year.
- Approve ACTIVE requires payment proof on file for Private and company paid plans.
3. Payment methods
DCP supports:
- Billplz — FPX and other online payment options (when enabled on your portal Billing page)
- Manual bank transfer — pay using the bank details below and upload payment proof on the Billing page

- Individual Private plan reference: DCP + space + last 6 letters or digits from your NRIC / ID (bank reference field allows letters, numbers, and spaces only)
Upload your payment proof during registration if you have paid. Proof upload is optional at signup for Private and company paid plans, but Approve ACTIVE requires payment proof on file.
4. Activation
A paid subscription becomes active only after payment verification and approval by Prisco Solutions. Approving ACTIVE requires payment proof on file.
5. Renewal
Paid subscriptions renew on your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual). Annual prepaid pricing includes about one month free compared with paying monthly for twelve months. Transfer the plan fee using the same bank details and upload payment proof when requested, or pay online when Billplz is enabled. Your portal Billing page shows invoices and the paid-until date after verification.
6. Expiration & grace period
Expired subscriptions result in read-only access until payment is verified again. Paid plans receive a 7-day grace period after the paid-until date before read-only access applies. You can still sign in and use the Billing page during grace.
7. Refund policy
All payments are non-refundable.
8. Price changes
We reserve the right to change pricing, modify subscription structure, or introduce new tiers.
9. Taxes
Quoted prices are final amounts payable under current billing (SST may apply later).
