Terms of Service
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Digital Compliance Portal (“DCP”, “we”, “us”, “our”), operated by Prisco Solutions.
By accessing or using DCP, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or have legal authority to enter into this agreement
- Provide accurate registration information
3. Service Description
DCP is a SaaS platform that helps organisations and individuals manage compliance-related records, track expiry dates and obligations, receive reminders, and optionally store related documents when enabled for their account. Features may expand over time.
DCP does NOT provide legal, insurance, or regulatory advice.
4. Account Types
4.1 Tenant Accounts
Each account is classified as:
- INDIVIDUAL
- COMPANY
4.2 System Users
System users are login accounts used to access the platform.
Roles include:
- Tenant administrator
- Standard user
5. Free Plan
Free accounts are limited to:
- Maximum of 2 vehicles
- Basic compliance tracking features
We reserve the right to modify, limit, or terminate free plan access at any time.
6. Subscription & Payment
- Subscription is required for expanded usage
- Subscription applies per tenant, not per user or vehicle
- Payments may be made via online payment (when enabled) or manual bank transfer
- Activation is subject to verification and approval by Prisco Solutions
We reserve the right to change pricing and subscription structure at any time.
7. Expiration & Suspension
Upon subscription expiry:
- Accounts will be suspended immediately
- Access may be restricted or disabled
We reserve the right to modify suspension rules.
8. Data Retention
Upon account suspension or termination:
- Data will be retained for up to 90 days
- After 90 days, data may be permanently deleted
9. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of information they enter, keeping their compliance and regulatory obligations up to date, and any legal or regulatory duties that apply to them.
DCP is a reminder and tracking system only.
10. Document Uploads
When the document storage add-on plugin is enabled for your tenant, users may upload documents related to their use of the service.
Registration documents submitted during onboarding are handled separately from the optional storage plugin.
Users retain ownership of their uploaded data.
We are granted a limited license to store and process such data solely for service operation.
11. Notifications
DCP may send:
- Email notifications
- In-app notifications
Including:
- Expiry reminders
- System updates
- Account notifications
Users may receive marketing communications with opt-out options.
12. Service Disclaimer
DCP is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service
- Error-free operation
- Notification delivery success
13. Limitation of Liability
Prisco Solutions shall not be liable for:
- Missed renewals
- Incorrect user input
- System downtime
- Notification failures
- Third-party service issues
14. Future Features
We may introduce:
- OCR processing
- AI-based document extraction
- Mobile applications
- Third-party integrations
These features may be governed by updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
16. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of DCP constitutes acceptance of changes.
